Niki's Bio: Niki has worked for 17+ years as a personal trainer in fitness industry in various gyms before starting her own company Tai fitness and trained 100’s of clients in the Toronto & Vaughan areas. She became a nutrition wellness specialist in 2009, and then became a mom in 2010 and took some time off. She suffered from postpartum, anxiety for years and even went through her own weight loss struggle. Once she learned how to bring her body back into balance, she knew she had to teach others how to do the same & returned back to the gyms. In 2015, she started her own company tai fitness and then in 2016 became a yoga instructor. She works with clients both in person and online, teaches yoga classes & workshops (both in person & online), and teaches self defence classes. She was recently featured in FORCE magazine twice this summer. She is a mom, a wifey and is also empath & artist. It her life’s mission to help empower women to take back control of their health, become vibrant and feel strong and amazing inside & out.
